Detecting Criminal Acts in the Field of Public Procurements

Abstract

This article provides a brief overview of a research project with the objective of determining the current state of crime detection in the field of public procurement and the detection and identification of indicators of this crime resulting from the methods of its perpetration, particularly in instances where a preference or more favourable conditions are negotiated for some suppliers at the expense of others. The research involved the use of questionnaire surveys, guided interviews, and case studies as its primary methods.
