New Teoretically-Methodologically-Legal Concept of Operative and Searching Activity

pplk. doc. JUDr. Monika Hullová, PhD., Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava, Department of Criminal Police

Operative-investigative activity represents a specific kind of cognitive activity which is conducted by specific bodies of state administration. In the presented scientific study, the author presents the results of knowledge obtained using scientific methods (mainly content analysis, historical, comparative, and legal analysis, analogy, abstraction, induction, deduction, guided interview, projecting, and making models) based on the approved project of a scientific and research task. The goal of the scientific study is to acquaint the scientific public with the outputs of knowledge as the topics for scientific discussion related to the legal regulation and the fundament of operative-investigative activity. We are inclined to think that the existing theoretical-methodological-legal concept is inadequate to the identified social needs and evinces features of obvious contradiction and archaism.
