Considering the Symbolism of Criminal Tattoo from the Point of View of the TotalLlength of Practice of the Respondents´ Cohort Selection

This article is presenting partial results of empiric research which was carried out in last years by researchers of the Police Academy in Prague as part of the implementation of the Development Programme for years 2017 – 2023. The research was focused on problems of symbolism of criminal tattoos. 432 respondents from security services and other state administration employees participated in this activity. The research was targeted at their subjective assessing different aspects of criminal tattoos. Acceptable significant influence of the total period of their practise on the selected questions in the administered questionaire was verified by using measures of adequate coefficients of asymetric association and symetric index of significance (Cohen´s w). The results of the analysis showed that the respondents´ answers to selected questions are factually notably different.
