Crisis Management and Psychology of Evacuees:Parametres of Streamlining Evacuation Planning for Soft Targets Operators

The aim of this paper is to address an input evaluation of the current state and level of readiness to protect soft targets with the primal focus on shopping centres, further evaluate to which extent the evacuation processes of operators of these soft targets can be optimized through classification methods of socio-psychological parameters of subjects combined with the usage of existing machine vision and artificial intelligence tools. This contribution was created as a project output: Classification of socio-psychological parameters of subjects through artificial intelligence and machine vision for the needs of real-time protection of subjects (TL – Program to Support Applied Social and Humanity Research of experimental development and innovation ETA) which is being solved in the period of 01/2019 – 12/2021. The presented outputs correspond with the first stage of the project solution and will be further developed and specified.
