Forensic Tactical Method of Interrogation in Relation to Investigation of the Crime of Insurance Fraud

The review article is devoted to the forensic tactical method of interrogation, in the general terms and especially at the level specific to the crimes of insurance fraud in the motor vehicle insurance segment. Criminal interrogation is the most commonly used method of forensic practice, in some cases the only way of obtaining evidence to clarify the case.
The first part of the paper deals with a general definition of the forensic tactical method of interrogation and contains a general definition of the concept, objectives, types, preparations, stages, tactics and documentation of interrogation.
The second part of the paper complements the first part of the paper and focuses on the specificities of the forensic tactical method of interrogation in relation to the clarification and establishing proof of insurance frauds in the segment of motor vehicle insurance. Especially for the preparation of interrogation, typical interrogation situations and individual approaches to witness examination, injured party and the accused.
