Legal Aspects of Communication in the Proceedings in Matters of Members of Security Forces

The paper analyzes in detail the legal aspects of mutual communication between the official service authority and the parties of proceedings in matters of members of security forces, and other interested subjects in proceedings. The issue of filing, delivering, keeping the file and viewing the file is discussed, both from the point of view of legal regulation, as well as judicial case law.
