Current (Controversial) Procedural Issues Rrelating to the Offences of Members of Security Forces

The paper in the first part deals with the nature of disciplinary proceedings. The relevant legislation, which is applied in proceedings of the offences of the members of security forces, is mentioned and their mutual relations are pointed out. In the second part of the paper the attention is paid to the selected procedural issues that arose in proceedings with this specific category of administrative offences in practice in connection with the recodification of administrative punishment.
