Legal Aspects of Dismissal Under Secton 42 (1) (a). d) of the Act on Service of Members of Security Forces

The paper explains in detail the legal aspects of dismissal of a member of the security forces under the Section 42 (1) (a). d) of the Act on Service of members of security forces. Attention is paid to individual substantive conditions, as well as to the special procedural regime in this kind of dismissal in the context of legislation and related judicial case law.
