A FEW IDEAS ON ONE DISMISSAL DECISION

In their contribution the authors think about the application of the controversial provision of section 42, paragraph 1 letter d) of the Police Act on dismissal on the grounds of the service promise violation. By means of particular decision of the police manager they point out the poor quality of decisions in the matter of the service in the Police.
