THE BUSINESS STRATEGY OF ORGANIZATIONS ON THE THRESHOLD OF THE SECOND DECADE OF THE 21 CENTURY

The article deals with the business strategy of the organization. Global crisis of the first decade of the 21 century clearly showed that modern organizations must radically change its existing business conduct, if a business wants to thrive. The process of creating the business strategy and its implementation goes through three phases: strategy formulation, implementation into internal environment of the organization, and its consistent application in the daily activities of the organization. The authors discuss in this context protection of the organization against security risks.
