SERVICE RELATIONSHIP OF SECURITY FORCES MEMBERS FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF JURISDICTION

The aim of contribution is the outlining of some interesting ideas contained in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Administrative court dealing with the legal regulation of the service relationship of security forces members. The author also points out the particular jurisdiction aimed at the previous legal regulation of service relationship if the opinions contained in it could be considered as continuous topical.
