The article deals with the problems of organised crime. The author discusses the terms of organised crime and organised crime group. She compares organised crime groups and organised groups. The author mentions the legislative changes in this branch particularly the new juridical institute of co-operative defendant and agent´s indemnity as the circumstance precluding unlawfulness.
