CORRUPTION IN OUR SOCIETY

The article deals with the topical subject – corruption. First of all the author defines the corruption by way of this concept and its typical characteristic. Further he lists the kinds of corruption occurring in various spheres and evolutionary stages. As to the causes of corruption he specifies its reasons, motivation of corruption conduct, factors supporting corruption environment and he also outlines its consequences. Within the framework of corruption control the author gives the theory of its solution and topical Strategy of the Czech Republic government against corruption based on prevention, transparency and recourse. The end of the article deals with activities included in a governmental complex of anticorruption measures, i.e. anticorruption package.
