DISCRIMINATION IN LABOUR RELATIONS (SEVERAL NOTES ON POSSIBILITIES OF LEGAL PROTECTION IN THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC)
In democratic and law-abiding states of the world, there including legal environment of member states of the European Union, the principal that forbids discrimination represents one of the founding pillars of our modern and progressive legal systems. Implementation of effective execution of normative rules based on fundamental values of equal treatment enables to create framework of well-functioning system as a whole. However, in the field of protection against discriminatory treatment, which is considered as relatively complex one, there we can identify several professional challenges that we tried to focus on in this article.
