Some Aspects of Relations of the Police of the Czech Republic to Other Bodies

The article focuses on some aspects of interoperability and cooperation of the Police of the Czech Republic and other administrative bodies. The author thoroughly analyses legal duties of the Police of the Czech Republic to meet the requests of an administrative body to provide interoperability. A special attention is paid to the problems of delivering by the Police with regard to particular types of administrative procedures, especially in relation to the misdemeanour procedure. There is also a reference to a dubiousness of the terms the Police of the Czech Republic and a police organ. The article is supposed to be an explanatory tool for a practical application of interoperability and cooperation of the Police of the Czech Republic and other administrative bodies.
