Changes in the teacher’s approach to further development in professional education following the imple-mentation of information and communication technologies to the process of education
The article explains the necessity to modify the approach of teachers to further development of professional (police) education as a result of introducing information and communication technologies into the educational process. The changes comprise pedagogical competence, educational environment, system of education, and they affect the attitudes of both teachers and students towards the educational process. Effective implementation of the changes constitutes a prerequisite to the role of police schools providing for a combined form of higher professional education.
