Activity of Policemen of the Basic Units of Public Order Police in Taking over the Statement

The article outlines both the problems of basic units of public order police in taking over the statement and the activity of police inspectors on the scene of crime. Individual tactical procedures and possibilities of police inspectors are described. These problems are very important because individual service acts of the public order police influence following procedures of criminal process bodies. The author does not deal with all possible solutions, but warns about the problem not having all necessary attention.
