Models of quality management

The article briefly describes the most frequent management systems, which are used also in organizations of the public sphere with the aim at the increase of efficiency and effectiveness. The basic concepts of this article are represented here through the Quality Model TQM (Total Quality Management), the Excellence Model EFQM (The EFQM Excellence Model), CAF Model (Common Assessment Frame-work) and the set of standards ISO 9000.
