Czechoslovak legislation between WW I and WW II

At present, in danger of aerial terrorism, it is not without interest to look back at the legal history on the way used by the independent Czechoslovak state for solving the problem of civil aviation. The author deals with the individual legal regulations related to aviation in the given period. He also describes the way of unification of legal regulations on the international level and its impact on domestic legal system of the Czechoslovak Republic.
