Some aspects of “over-border” cooperation in police security activities

In the first part of the article the authors focuses on the explanation of the basic terms concerning the law in EU and in Schengen acquis which are directly related to police security activity in the framework of over-border cooperation. In the second part the authors focuses on concrete examples of over-border cooperation and collaboration.
