Security problems of the development of small states in 21st century

The article points out that in the process of globalisation there exists not only unification but also fragmentation. He stresses that the positive impacts of unification are used only by the minority which becomes richer in a unfair way because can exercise its influence globally while on the other hand this minority is not locally or territorially responsible for negative impacts of its activities. The impacts are against the majority which has its existence connected with the territory. The article points out that the effort of global elites is to make one global space for the market, politics, communication and information, while there is also the tendency to isolate the areas having problems such as poverty famine, pandemy, terrorism and religion conflicts. Nevertheless these activities may become the main cause of conflicts in 21st century.
