The Personnel Leadership and Human Resources Management at the Police of the Czech Republic
The author mainly focuses on the characteristic features and matter of the problematic of human resources in the specific surroundings of the Police of The Czech Republic. Regarding the fact that police is the entity that is aiming on the quality and high qualification of the manpower there are compared some main personalistic systems that are used outside of the sphere of Police and systems that are used by the Police of the Czech Republic. The article also considers the systematic conception of human resources management of Police and the anticipated conception of the personnel leadership and human resources mana-gement at the Police of the Czech Republic.
