Legal Aspect of Service Relationship of Police Force Members

The author of the article deals with legal qualification of service relationship as a legal relation. He pays attention to characteristic features of service relationship (its formation, the state as a subject of employment, security of employment, cogency of legal regulation, dicsiplinary responsibility, settlement of disputes etc.). On the basis of these characteristic features of service relationship he comes to the conclusion that public law elements prevail in service relationship, dominating in its content and determing its legal aspect.
