Outline Legislation Offenses Launched by the Design and Historical Context

The analysis describes the development of administrative punishment with regards to the design offenses. The authors tries to evaluace and analyze the historical context of criminal law and administrative law criminal. Demonstrating a very close relationship between the legislation of individual offenses with regard to the different stages of social development. Offenses in the area of civil coexistence and offenses against property were initially protected only criminal law. Currently this issue is also included in administrative law criminal.
