Protection of Personal Rights in new Civil Code

A new Civil Code coming in force on 1st January 2014 implies a new legislative regulation of civil relationships. It is a principal regulation of codex which is to present general and also basic control of private law. Regarding the fact the matter deals with one of the most often applied laws; we find the introduction of this new regulation to public to be necessary. Protection of personal rights resulting from the theory of natural rights of every human being as an individual is one of Civil Code parts that have been newly regulated. The matter concerns the rights closely connected with the personal rights of every human being and accompanying him from birth to death. Taking this fact into our account it is useful to give some brief information on this regulation.
