Selected Means of Fight Against Corruption in the Private and Public Law

The article deals with the means of the fight against corruption. It is divided into two parts – means of fight against corruption in the private law and fight under the public law. In the private law it is primarily the measures given by the civil, commercial and labor law, the main focus of the fight against corruption, however, is through the public law. Within the public law it is mainly the field of criminal law, as well as the public administration law, public procurement etc.
