PublicC Brech of Discipline by Persons in Service Relationship

The article deals with the issues of disciplinary responsibility of members of the security forces of the Czech Republic, which have the nature of administrative disciplinary delicts. Due to their specific features the administrative delicts mentioned above are fault-based. In her article the author analyses particular provisions of Act N. 361/2003 Coll. to regulate service relationship of security forces members, as amended by further regulations, and she refers to some legislative implications in this sphere.
