Irreplaceability of line manager in personnel work

Support acquisition of line managers is at some cases more difficult than support acquisition of top management. Line managers many times approach to innovation cynically which has immense consequences in personnel work. The author of article analyses characteristic features of roles by which every line manager should follow if he want to put system and foresight into his work.
