SEEKING OPTIMAL ATTITUDES TOWARDS THE EFFECTIVE PREVENTION OF THE DRIVERS-BEGINNERS

Finding and charting the structure of knowledge and attitudes towards the sphere of the traffic security prevention appears to be the objective of the article. The prevention currently deals with a high profile problem that has been neglected so far and also inadequately reflected by the appropriate legal regulation.
