USE OF SOME CRIMINALISTIC AND CRIMINAL LAW PRINCIPALS IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS INVESTIGATION

The author deals with some safety features of motor vehicles in traffic with their impact on criminalistic traces occurring. They are especially ABS system and other supporting systems of motor vehicle leaving some specific traces that are not so obvious on the road surface very often. The author mentions possibilities of their finding, fixation with the assistance of diagnostic devices and optical detection methods and their other use for the purposes of criminal proceedings.
