THE PHENOMENON OF CYBER CRIME

The author’s paper deals with the phenomenon called Cyber Crime. He shows his own opinion about the conception of Cyber Crime and also deals with others authorities opinions of Cyber Crime. Author also shows that the new Penal Code reacts to changes in computer and informative security and newly provides more protection from acts classifiable as Cyber Crime.
