Special Aspects of a House, Other Premises or Grounds Search at a Lawyer´s Place

The author´s paper deals with the Penal Code amendment by the Act No 79/2006 altering the Act No.85/1996 Col., on legal profession, as amended by later regulations, and other related acts. This amendment regulates performance of some acts of detention directed at the lawyer, especially the house, premises and grounds search.
