The Use of Operative Information and Findings and the Way of Committing and Secrecy Criminality having Elements of Extremism at Securing the Control

Operative information which is gained and elaborated by the use of methods and means of operative activitygive also the knowledge, which has a relation to the possibilities, limitations, vulnerability and intention of extremists groups or single offenders. In such a case the operative information represents the basis of know-ledge, which enables policemen to extend the ability to evaluate correctly the criminal extremists activities and deduct criminal-law liability according to the seriousness. The authors deal with the ways of information collection gathering and the use of these pieces of information.
