TRAFFIC accident rate and the principle of the limit confidence in the traffic accident rate and the principle of the limit confidence in the traffic

In his article the author deals with the issue of the traffic accident rate in the traffic on the roads, which he considers one of the most relevant problems of the society. First he makes expertise of the development and the contemporary condition of the legal environment in this field and he introduces some parts of the statistical survey about the accident rate made in last years with the aspect of traffic accidents causes and their consequences. He analyses in brief merits of individual offences committed most often by perpetrators of traffic accidents. At the end of the article he solves the issues of traffic accident causes in relation to the principle of the limit confidence in the traffic and the cases of so called secondary responsibility for causing a traffic accident.
