LEGAL ACTING OF THE ENTREPRENEUR STATUTORY REPRESENTATIVES

The presented paper appears to be an introductory reflection of a number of hot issues dealing with the legal acting of the entrepreneur statutory representatives. The author has paid her attention to some relevant decisions of the Czech Republic Supreme Court and its legal arguments. The intended continuation is planned to deal with analyzing valid legal regulations and also with some exploration of upcoming legal regulations within the new Civil Code.
