Several Remarks about the Procedural Status of an Accused Juvenile in the Infringement Proceedings

There are some differences in the infringement proceedings in case that the accused person is a juvenile (a person, who has reached the age of fifteen at the moment of committing an offence and is not above eighteen years) compared withe proceedings against the person, who reached the age of eighteen (§ 19, § 74 subsectin 1 of the Act on Offences). The author defines the differences and qualifies the status of other persons involved in this specific kind of the administrative proceedings.
