The paper outlines the interdisciplinary point of view of the crime of murder and its perpetrator.The main frame of reference stems not only from criminolgy, criminalistics, sociology, but also from the point of view of psychology, forensic medicine and last but not least of penal law that is not able to get by without the above mentioned branches of science.
