Changes in Legal System of the Czech Republic in the Field of Activities of the Fire Rescue Service

The article highlights changes in legal system of the Czech Republic (introduced in the years 2010 and 2011) which, integrated rescue system and, in general, security issues. Legal codification of the Fire Rescue Service of the CR and integrated Rescue system as a whole in the legal system is one of the essential aspects for an orderly and efficient functioning of bodies and authorities in this field. The aim of this article is not to provide a detailed description, but to highlight and describe several legislative changes in the context of their possible consequences. The author of the article takes the inspiration from lengthy professional experience in the concerned field.
