Tailoring in Management of Human Resources – a new Approach of Managers of an Organization in the Staff Administration

The paper briefly describes one of the latest approaches related to management of human resources which successful organizations begin to implement. It is the so called “tailoring” or “sewing” working tasks for a particular employee in the organization matching his ability. The contribution of this concept in the process of managing people is presented taking into account both advantages for an employee and benefits for individual department to which the actual employee is assigned. Last but not least, this concept should lead to better results of the entire organization.
