Selected Issues of the Act on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and Proceedings against Legal Entities by the Act 418/2011 Col.

The submitted article is the author´s concise reflection on selected essential changes that the Act on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and Proceedings against Legal Entities introduces into the contemporary Czech Criminal Law, which was traditionally built on the individual criminal liability of natural persons. The essay focuses first of all on the essentials of legal entities criminal liability by the Act No. 418/2011 Col. The attention is paid as well to the selected procedural law aspects related to the topic. Only a fraction of the contents outlines the area of legal entities sanctioning and some other relevant law regulations on the criminal liability of legal entities and legal proceedings against them.
