Contemporary Interpretation of Personal Jihad. Analysis of Selected Papers of Magazine Inspire

The paper deals with practical tactical manuals for terrorists living in and having an intention to commit a terrorist attack in western countries, and contemplate possible steps that might be taken against then. Starting with the strategic concept of individual jihad, promulgated by the Al-Qaida magazine Inspire, the authors also consider selected articles focusing on tactical and operational issues. The authors also formulate recommendations leading to elimination of propaganda impact of personal jihad.
