Private Security Services in the Baltics: The Models of functioning in three smaller European countries

We do not have so big awareness about the security systems of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. What are the conditions for ensuring the security in the private sector of these countries? What are the barriers for their business and what challenges do they face? The article tries to find the answers on the mentioned above questions.
