Unjustified Procrastination in Criminal Proceedings as a Result of Substandard Organisation of Police Authority

The authors of the paper focus on the organisation of a police authority with special attention to situations of unjustified procrastination. From the practical police work perspective, the determination of unjustified procrastination is perceived as problematic and, furthermore, bearing in mind the fact that there is no specification of this term in legal codification. The question of promptness in criminal proceeding is apparently being an issue.
