Consular Function and Protection of Rights and Interests of Czech Republic

In the following article the author devotes to the issue which includes the protection of rights and interests of Czech citizens provided by the consular offices of the Czech Republic which operate abroad and he also devotes to the protection of rights and interests of the Czech country abroad.
In the article he mentions only some important functions. More detailed analysis of this issue including psychological aspects will be presented in an article which will be published in the next number of this periodical.
