Paradigma of Security Management and ITS Change

The current global world and the character of the changes in it simultaneously creates character of the danger and its new forms. This demands for creating systems that reduce the possibility of danger and its impact. The paradigm of security management should lead to solving security problems and the processing models of these solutions. The article deals with some aspects of formulation paradigm of security management and its changes in the global world.
