Competence Approach in Teaching Managerial Disciplines in the Subject of Crisis Management

Social and environmental changes evoke new faces of risk and crises. Social requirement to solve the people´s preparedness for rising to the crisis situation is increasing. Changes of conditions of university education process and their prediction denote new problems. It requires new demands for knowledge and competencies of crisis managers. The professional, physical, psychical and ethical competencies of crisis managers in competency approaches and competency models are emphasized. New conditions, new situations and new tasks imply changes in demands of university lecturer´s competencies.
