European and National Grounds of the Right to Assemble – Constitutional Law Perspective

This technical paper presents a brief excursus legally conforming basics right to assemble in national and international human rights documents. This is a right belonging to the area of political rights, the importance of which comes to the fore especially in recent decades, through the media of known events associated with this phenomenon and attempt to present this negative phenomenon means to eliminate this right.
