Reasons and Impact of Municipal Police Forces Disbands in Some Municipalities in the Czech Republic

The paper aims to follow developments in the municipalities, that in the years 2010-2013 abolish its municipal police force. Attention is given on the justification of the abolition of the municipal police, as well as whether the municipality introduced some another security concept.
