Demography and Security Forces: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

This article briefly summarizes the contents of several foreign studies, handling with the topic of the impact of demographic trends on police work. These visions are usually rather pessimistic, stating, for example, the only a more efficient use of advanced techniques can reverse the socio-economic and demographic trends that are often already visible.
