The Article deals with a theoretical definition of the legal relationships subjects of and their conduct based on the changes which the recodification of private law has brought to this area.Tthe article has originated from the teaching needs in lifelong education courses. The text is intended primarily for educational purposes and it his is the way it has been compiled. The article is intended to inform readers of this journal about recent changes nad to give a general overview.
